It provides you with steps, strategies, tips, and techniques (and of course a few recipes too).Dont sell yourself short. You have the ability to create your own original BBQ recipes. All you need is a little good information, experience, and confidence. I will start you out with some good information, you supply the time for a little experience, and together we will work on the confidence.And dont think that you have to come up with these recipes from thin air either. Why reinvent the wheel, right? Im talking about taking an existing recipe, and making it your own original recipe.Whats in it for me? That would take the fun out of doing it. So try not to read too much into the process. It really is very simple.1. Take an existing recipe2. Adjust, delete, or add to it.3. Perfect your original recipe4. Optional step - Create your own Original BBQ Recipe book.5. Required step - Get another drink and try again.Thats it. The beauty of this is that it costs you nothing, assuming that you already have the ingredients. Nothing but a little creativity, time, and of course fun.When it comes to ingredients, though, there is no set formula (such as what to change or by how much). Thats where your creativity comes into play. But... thats what allows for so many possibilities.We will discuss sauces, chicken, beef, pork, seafood, cooking techniques, and much more. We will also talk about ingredients, how they interact, their effects, and how to adjust them. Dont forget about dishes like beans, potatoes, veges, and pizza. And we will also follow the trials of a newbies first attempt at smoking a brisket.I am no expert on BBQ, but simply an average person that loves it. I have been enjoying BBQ, grilling, smoking, and creating recipes, though, for over 40 years. And this is my approach to BBQ.
